These Terms of Use govern access to and use of www.thegoolsbyhollow.com, related landing pages, forms, emails, free resources, and other online content operated by The Goolsby Hollow LLC. By accessing or using these services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Eligibility and adult use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase, subscribe, or enter into an agreement with us. Products designed for children are sold or provided to parents, guardians, educators, or other responsible adults for adult-supervised use.

You may use the website and free content for lawful, personal, noncommercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, introduce malicious code, scrape content, impersonate another person, or use the services in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

Unless otherwise stated, the website, brand, text, graphics, product designs, downloads, photographs, audio, podcast materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to The Goolsby Hollow LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No ownership transfers to you through access, download, or purchase. Product use is governed by the Digital Product License included in this package.
Free resources and email communications
Free resources are licensed, not sold, and remain subject to the same restrictions against sharing, resale, redistribution, and commercial use. When you subscribe, you agree to receive the communications described on the signup form. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Digital products and third-party checkout
Digital products are currently sold through Gumroad. Your purchase may also be subject to Gumroad’s terms, checkout disclosures, tax handling, and platform policies. Product descriptions, compatibility requirements, included files, and pricing shown at the time of purchase form part of the transaction. You are responsible for reviewing them before purchasing and for confirming that you have compatible software and devices.
No account guarantee or uninterrupted access
We work to keep content and download access available, but we do not guarantee that the website, platform, links, or files will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available indefinitely. Download and securely store purchased files promptly. Contact us if a valid link or file does not work.
No professional relationship or guaranteed results
Content and products are educational and organizational tools. They do not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, financial-adviser, therapist-client, medical, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Results depend on individual circumstances, choices, consistency, and other factors. We do not promise a particular financial, parenting, household, health, emotional, or personal outcome.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, total liability arising from a paid digital product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Goolsby Hollow LLC from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or unauthorized sharing or commercial exploitation of our content.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not subject to a mandatory consumer forum will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota. Mandatory consumer protections and venue rights that apply where you live remain unaffected.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
