Digital Product Personal-Use License

Effective Date: August 4, 2026

This license applies to paid and free digital products provided by The Goolsby Hollow LLC unless a product page expressly states different terms. By downloading or accessing a product, you agree to this license.

License granted

You receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and use the product for your own personal or household use. You may print reasonable copies for use within your own household and import compatible files into your own personal note-taking application or device.

Permitted household use

A parent or guardian may use children’s resources with children in the same household.

You may make a reasonable backup copy for your own records.

You may write on, personalize, or rearrange the product for your own private household use, provided you do not distribute the modified version.

Prohibited uses

Sharing the files or download links with friends, relatives outside your household, groups, classrooms, clients, customers, coworkers, online communities, or file-sharing services.

Reselling, sublicensing, renting, gifting copies, redistributing, uploading, publishing, or making the product available to others in original or modified form.

Using the product as part of a paid service, coaching program, course, membership, client deliverable, commercial template, or business resource without written commercial permission.

Removing copyright notices, falsely claiming authorship, registering our content as your own, or using the files to create a competing or substantially similar product.

Extracting graphics, text, layouts, stickers, icons, or other elements for separate distribution or commercial use.

Using the product or content to train, fine-tune, populate, or build an artificial-intelligence model, dataset, content generator, or automated product library without prior written permission.

Intellectual property and termination

All ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with The Goolsby Hollow LLC or the applicable licensor. The license terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies. We reserve the right to pursue available remedies for unauthorized use or distribution.

Requests for broader use

Educators, organizations, professionals, or businesses seeking classroom, client, team, or commercial use should request written permission or a suitable license by emailing thegoolsbyhollow@gmail.com.
