Digital Product Refund Policy

Because digital products are delivered or made accessible shortly after purchase and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final, subject to applicable law and the exceptions below.

Technical problems or corrupted files

If a purchased file is corrupted, inaccessible, incomplete, or materially different from its product description, contact thegoolsbyhollow@gmail.com with your purchase email, order information, device or software used, and a brief description or screenshot of the problem.

We will first make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot the issue, repair or replace the file, provide a fresh download, or offer another appropriate solution. If we cannot resolve a verified product defect within a reasonable time, a refund may be issued through the original payment platform.

Generally nonrefundable situations

Change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to read the product description, except where applicable law or the platform requires otherwise.

Lack of compatible devices, applications, printers, software, storage, or technical skill when compatibility was accurately described.

Dissatisfaction with style, colors, layout, or features that were accurately shown or described before purchase.

Failure to download or use the product after delivery.

Requests based on personal results or expectations rather than a product defect.

Unauthorized sharing, resale, alteration, or other license violation.

Duplicate purchases and exceptional circumstances

We may consider a refund for a confirmed duplicate purchase or another exceptional circumstance at our discretion, subject to platform rules and applicable law. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Some jurisdictions provide specific remedies for defective digital content or withdrawal rights for online purchases. For immediate digital delivery, checkout platforms may request consent to begin performance and acknowledgement that a withdrawal right may be affected once access begins. Any mandatory right applicable to your purchase will control over an inconsistent provision in this policy.

Platform processing

Purchases and refunds are currently processed through Gumroad. Approved refunds are returned using the method and timing supported by Gumroad and the original payment provider. Gumroad may apply its own refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, or chargeback rules.
